Welcome to Help Me Noww's Provider Agreement. This agreement governs your participation as a service provider, mentor, or knowledge expert on our platform. By creating a provider account and offering services through Help Me Noww, you agree to these terms and conditions.
This Provider Agreement works in conjunction with our general Terms of Service and outlines specific obligations, benefits, and requirements for service providers on our marketplace platform.
Commission Structure and Payment Terms
Commission Rates
Help Me Noww charges the following commission rates on completed transactions:
- Service Provider Listings: 15% commission on completed bookings
- Mentor Sessions: 12% commission on completed mentoring sessions
- Knowledge Provider Consultations: 10% commission on completed consultations
- Job Requirement Responses: 8% commission on accepted proposals
- Premium Provider Status: Reduced commission rates (5-10% discount)
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through our secure payment system:
- Client payments are held in escrow until service completion
- Commission is automatically deducted from gross payment amount
- Net earnings are released to your account after service completion
- Payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are shared between platform and provider
- Refunds and chargebacks may result in commission recovery
Pricing and Rate Setting
Providers have flexibility in setting their service rates within platform guidelines:
- Set competitive rates based on your expertise and market demand
- Minimum rate requirements may apply for certain service categories
- Rate changes require 48-hour notice for existing bookings
- Premium pricing available for verified and highly-rated providers
- Promotional pricing and discounts are permitted with platform approval
Payout Schedules and Methods
Payout Schedule
Earnings are processed and paid according to the following schedule:
- Weekly payouts every Friday for completed services from the previous week
- Minimum payout threshold of $50 (earnings below threshold roll over)
- Express payout option available for verified providers (additional fee applies)
- Holiday schedules may delay payouts by 1-2 business days
- First payout may take 7-14 days for new provider verification
Payment Methods
Multiple payout methods are available for your convenience:
- Direct bank transfer (ACH) - Free, 1-3 business days
- PayPal transfer - Small fee, same day processing
- Wire transfer for international providers - Fee applies, 3-5 business days
- Digital wallet options (Stripe, Square) - Varies by provider
- Check by mail (US only) - $5 fee, 7-10 business days
Tax Reporting and Documentation
Providers are responsible for tax compliance and reporting:
- 1099 forms issued for US providers earning over $600 annually
- Detailed earnings reports available in your provider dashboard
- International providers receive annual earnings summaries
- Tax withholding may apply for certain jurisdictions
- Consult with tax professionals for specific tax obligations
Service Quality Standards and Expectations

Timely communication is essential for maintaining client satisfaction:
- Respond to initial client inquiries within 24 hours
- Acknowledge booking requests within 12 hours
- Provide project updates at least every 48 hours for ongoing work
- Answer client messages within 4 hours during business days
- Set clear expectations for availability and response times
Quality Assurance and Reviews
Provider performance is monitored through our quality assurance system:
- Maintain a minimum 4.0-star average rating
- Complete at least 90% of accepted bookings successfully
- Respond professionally to all client feedback
- Participate in quality improvement programs when requested
- Address performance issues within specified timeframes
Continuous Improvement
Providers are encouraged to continuously improve their skills and services:
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Participate in platform training and certification programs
- Update skills and qualifications regularly
- Seek client feedback and implement improvements
- Maintain professional development and learning
Verification Requirements and Ongoing Compliance
Initial Verification Process
All providers must complete our comprehensive verification process:

- Evaluation for full provider status at end of probationary period

Help Me Noww provides comprehensive support for all providers:
- Dedicated provider success manager for guidance and support
- 24/7 technical support for platform-related issues
- Regular webinars and training sessions on platform updates
- Provider community forums and networking opportunities
- Marketing and promotional support for high-performing providers
- Business development resources and growth strategies
Agreement Terms and Termination
This Provider Agreement remains in effect while you maintain an active provider account on Help Me Noww. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect obligations for completed transactions or ongoing service commitments.
Help Me Noww reserves the right to suspend or terminate provider accounts for violations of this agreement, quality standards, or platform policies. Providers have the right to appeal termination decisions through our formal review process.
